Visitors on tour this week enjoyed a visit to the hallowed ground of the Old Course at St Andrews, the home of golf. After a walk along the course, a trip to The Links Clubhouse we had lunch in the historical Jiggers Inn overlooking the 17th fairway. Some retail fun in the pro shop rounded off a special day. We then set off for the coastal villages of Fife. Full of character and old fishing harbours we enjoyed the traditional ice-cream in sunny Anstruther before heading back to Edinburgh.
